Prioritise issuer rating and base-spread reviews without changing production anchors. Notes and review acknowledgements remain in this browser only. A completed queue item is not a model update: rating, comparable-bond spread, source and verification date must still be approved together. Exporting creates a local review packet; it never sends data or changes an anchor.
